File Your FL Property Tax Appeal

A TaxCuts1 petition is your best bet to cut your FL property taxes! 

The filing deadline for Value Adjustment Board petitions for most SW  Florida's counties expires in early to mid-September. Unless a  petition is timely filed (25 days from the TRIM Notice mailing date), an  owner will typically lose the ability to challenge tax year values. Lee County 2022 petition deadline is 9-8-2022.  

You  do not need to wait and should not wait until you receive your TRIM  Notice in August, 2022 to start reviewing your 2022 assessment. It is  available upon request as of the date of tax roll submission, July 1,  2022.
